Christmas Decor: Eclectic Country Woodland Christmas Tree ‘A to Z’

Hello, Everyone!  It’s great to finally be back with you, and especially for this particular post!  Since the time I planned to feature the process of decorating this tree I’ve encountered a series of events that seemed to be designed to prevent me from completing the tree.  Also, my Mom’s experiences with Alzheimer’s (I am her 24/7 daily caregiver) require a lot of my attention.  I am happy to say that I have persevered and have photos of the tree decorating process to share with you.  Now, I have to choose the photos, ‘brand’ them and add descriptions of what you’re viewing.  I may add all of the photos in this post or I may share them in several posts; I’m still deciding.  So, with Alzheimer’s episodes being what they are, some or all of the photos could be added later this evening.  Thank-you for following, stopping by and enjoying this blog!  I am looking forward to sharing these photos with you all!  I hope you all have been enjoying December, so far and that you experience Christmas in your heart every day.

Christmas Decor: Bedrooms – French Blue & Linen for Hanukkah

Good day, Everyone!

Today’s post features the images of the French Blue and Linen 60-pc. Ornament Collection with five Bedroom Bedding Collections, again, with beautiful ornaments designed for the celebration of Hanukkah.  I’ve known of Hanukkah for years.  However, I didn’t focus on the fact that Israel’s flag and emblem are beautiful shades of blue!  Since the French Blue and Linen Collection is so gorgeous, I thought it would be super-lovely paired with beautiful Hanukkah ornaments featured today.  By the way, according to Wikipedia, :

“Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday commemorating the re-dedication of the Holy Temple (the Second Temple) in Jerusalem at the time of the Maccabean Revolt against the Seleucid Empire. Hanukkah is observed for eight nights and days, starting on the 25th day of Kislev according to the Hebrew calendar, which may occur at any time from late November to late December in the Gregorian calendar. It is also known as the Festival of Lights and the Feast of Dedication.

The festival is observed by lighting the candles of a candelabrum with nine branches, called a Hanukkah menorah (or hanukkiah). One branch is typically placed above or below the others and its candle is used to light the other eight candles. This unique candle is called the shamash (Hebrew: שמש‎, “attendant”). Each night, one additional candle is lit by the shamash until all eight candles are lit together on the final night of the holiday.[1] Other Hanukkah festivities include playing dreidel and eating oil-based foods such as doughnuts and latkes. Since the 1970s, the worldwide Chabad Hasidic movement has initiated public menorah lightings in open public places in many countries.”

Again, featured below are five (5) gorgeous bedroom bedding collections, the gorgeous French Blue and Linen collection of Christmas ornaments and the gorgeous Hanukkah collection of ornaments.   I think the combination of these collections would make a super-gorgeous Hanukkah-Christmas display!  Enjoy!

After I saw the gorgeous living room’s photograph (above) on Pinterest, I discovered the article that the living room photo is part of, ‘House Tour: Ken Fulk Creates A Montana Guesthouse That’s The Ultimate Winter Getaway’.  The article contains a collection of  gorgeous photographs that the three photos (on display here) are part of.  Each photo displays Christmas Decor Styling that is simple, ‘quiet’ and perfectly styled by Ken Fulk.  My favorite of these gorgeous photos is the living room/den.  This room’s staging/styling makes it ‘feel’ so inviting for me because of the glowing fireplace, the super-plush garland, the twinkling Christmas tree viewed in front of the beautiful windows with snowy view of more evergreens and the comfy-looking chairs a body can sink into!

I think these beautiful ornaments look like glass, and the style of design seems antique, yet modern, too. These ornaments are lit from within, as well, which enhances their beauty. They have their own ‘sparkle of light’ from within. This sparkle of light within makes me think of Christ and how He is the ‘Light of the World’ and the ‘sparkle of light’ within all who believe in Him. I think a lot of Christmas Decor succeeds in one way, or another, in prompting thoughts of Christ and what He came to Earth to be to each person.

Christmas Decor: Baby’s Booties Trees

Christmas tree for baby's room

Christmas tree for baby's room

These trees (flocked and un-flocked) are decorated with a combination of colors that are cheerful and cute. I really like the combination of baby booties, ribbons, ball ornaments, pearls, tassels, and blossoms! I think a toddler would enjoy looking at this tree’s cute decor!
